Email, phone number, or both. Your identity remains confidential — you can use any alias or no name at all.
03
Choose your alert triggers
Select whether you want to be alerted when bond is set, when they are released, or both. You stay in control.
04
We watch. You get alerted.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this service really free?
Yes — completely free, now and always. The victim safety alert program is provided as a public service. There is no subscription, no hidden fee, and no account required.
What counties or jails does this cover?
Currently the service monitors the Clayton County Detention Center in Jonesboro, GA. We are working to expand coverage to additional Georgia counties.
How quickly will I be alerted after a status change?
Our system checks the jail roster every few minutes. In most cases, you'll receive an alert within 5–15 minutes of a bond or release event being reflected in the jail system. There may be a short delay between when an event physically occurs and when it appears in the official roster.
Will the person being monitored know I registered?
No. Your registration is completely confidential. The defendant has no way to see who has requested alerts on them. We never contact the person being monitored and we never share your identity with anyone.
What if the person isn't currently in jail?
You can still register a watch. If the person is currently out of custody, we will monitor for any future booking and notify you if they are arrested and later post bond or are released.
What if I don't know their exact name or docket number?
Partial names are accepted. Providing a docket or case number helps us match the right person, but it's optional. An advocate will review your submission and confirm the match before activating your alert watch.
How do I cancel or update my registration?
Use the reference code you received when you registered to check your status at victim_advocate.php. To cancel or update, email us at safety@docketstream.org with your reference code.
I don't have email. Can I still register?
Yes. You can provide a phone number instead of — or in addition to — an email address. We'll send alerts via text message to your phone.
